The easiest tool or programming language for implementing algorithms is Python and it is the most used language in industry.
Therefore, first think to do is install Python IDE on your computer. In my experience I had a lot of troubles installing Python on my computer. Because the Python is free, one can have to install it in parts developed by third parties. Download & Install process
On the following link you can reach download section for Anaconda. You can choose there platform (Win, MacOS or Linux), Python version 2.7 or 3.4.
After downloading installer, start the installer
1.) Click Install
3.) Click Next
4.) And finally Install
By following that procedure you have installed the Anaconda distribution
